She enjoys sprinkling knowledge of anatomy and physiology into her teachings Born in Vancouver, Canada, Alethea’s experience of boundless, humbling mountains, raw nature and spirited people is what lays at the heart of her yoga practice today.

The Wellbeing Studio offers a range of yoga styles from yin and hatha to vinyasa flow and pilates.

As a personal trainer and running coach, Debbie is all about supporting and nurturing her members towards their goals. For some it’s about losing weight. Others want to run further, faster or stronger. Many have dreamt of completing a 10km race or half-marathon. Most simply want to get fit in the company of friendly like-minded people.

Marcel is passionate about body movement and structure. As a strength and rehabilitation trainer he offers members the chance to create whole body conditioning to support other fitness activities. Marcel will help you identify and work on your body strengths and weaknesses in a personalised, low impact, friendly environment.
