About Navin Ardenwood

Navin’s exploration into health began at 15 years old when a sports coach off-handedly said “watch what you eat, it can effect performance”. This piqued his interest and led him on a journey of research, trial and error and then finding what not only worked for him but what themes for optimal health resurfaced again and again.

Drawing on sources including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, gerontology research and epigenetics, Navin will reveal the secrets that have worked for him and many others. These are low cost / no cost solutions to jump-start your health and daily energy.
